Joined the team as a subject matter expert as it pertains to design and operations of restaurant equipment. I have served as the liaison between the end user and the manufacturer assisting in problem solving and troubleshooting hot/cold equipment. I manage the warranty service calls for customers and provide whatever support is needed. I have traveled extensively throughout the US to assist key accounts with repairs when local resources have been unable to properly identify and resolve issues. I have supervised and completed startups and installs for multiple restaurant accounts. I work cross-functionally with other project managers, designers, construction managers and GC’s to develop best practices that yield longterm operational success.

Onboarded as a cold side technician, but advanced to learn hot side and grew into a Field Supervisor role. As Field Supervisor, I managed technicians and coached the team on how to address problematic service calls as well as how to manage and interact with customers and manufacturers. I was ultimately promoted to Service Dispatcher in 2017. I led the team in managing the DFW area as well as Southern Oklahoma and West Texas. I am proud of the cohesive team I led. We were able to consistently meet deadlines and maintained a “whatever it takes” approach to satisfy the needs of our customers.

Joined the Preventative Maintenance Department and trained to become a service technician. After years of advancement, attained CFESA Master Certified Technician status.
