I plan to graduate from my doctoral program in counseling psychology at the University of Maryland, College Park (UMD) in summer 2025. Currently, I serve as a Psychology Doctoral Intern at UMD's Counseling Center, where I provide individual and group therapy to students, supervision to trainees, and engage in outreach efforts to the broader campus community. I have over five years of experience providing individual therapy to clients between the ages of 18 and 60, from diverse backgrounds along race and ethnicity, nationality, religious affiliation. I have the most familiarity and expertise working with young adults navigating identity and adjustment concerns related to college and career, and I also love working with clients who struggle with interpersonal relationships, the impacts of trauma, difficult family dynamics, and existential concerns.I also have research experience in the areas of sexual minority identity, discrimination, romantic relationships, and belonging. My dissertation is focused on the experiences of bisexual+ men in romantic relationships.
