Estimated plumbing, hydronics, equipment, and labor costs fro 15 projects using Revit 3D models, winning bids valued at $32 million. On-site Mechanical BIM Coordinator for the LSU University Medical Center, Inpatient Towers ($60 mil for mechanical). Job included a fully coordinated clash free 3D model of all trade's systems before installation was allowed. At the time it was the largest BIM model at a LOD 300 in the world. BIM: Building Information Modeling is to build a building virtually prior to building it physically, in order to work out problems, and simulate and analyze potential impacts.Our CAD models were made using AutoCAD Mep 2014, along with Revit MEP 2014.
