Led multi-functional team responsible for driving executional excellence and transformation for all brands (Abercrombie & Fitch, abercrombie kids, Hollister, and Gilly Hicks). Collaborated with the C-suite, Board of Directors, and functional leadership to develop and implement initiatives that supported corporate strategies focused on the omni-channel customer experience. Functional areas impacted included Inventory Management, Merchandise Planning, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Design, and Merchandising.

Responsible for managing the strategic roadmap and related capital investments supporting the merchant and planning organizations. As the executive liaison between business functions and IT, I introduced process and standards that created rigor and accountability across the product lifecycle. Actively contributed to growth and operational initiatives across Merchandising, Sourcing, Store Operations, and Visual for both domestic and international business.

Directed the Allocation and Store Planning functions with responsibility for all stores, product categories, and leased businesses. Business Sponsor for transformational initiatives such as Enterprise Store Planning (bottoms-up sales and inventory planning capability), Size Enablement (transition antiquated merch applications to order, receive, allocate, and ship at size level), and Size Optimization. Introduced new store planning methodology that could efficiently execute category distortions based on regional/zone strategies and physical layout of stores.

Joined a newly created cabinet of advisors to the President of DSW focused on Operational, Marketing, and Real Estate analytics. As the leader of the Marketing Analytics group, I partnered with the CMO to transfer all data and analytics efforts back in house. During my tenure, we implemented ground-breaking strategies to improve the effectiveness of the DSW loyalty program and increased loyalty penetration from 50% to 95% of all sales.
