Started with 6 year development cycle with the Battle Creek, MI metals plant. Launch Manager to Tech Manager to Plant Manager during this time. Brownfield site to start - repurposed to a Tier 1 front seat structures laser and GMAW welding plant with assembly operations. Within 2 years brought pressroom on-line with two 800T and one 1000T Komatsu transfer presses with automated scrap removal. Presses were brought in to support stamped metal components for the welding/assembly operations along with supply to other Johnson Controls plants.Transistioned to target role within Advanced Manufacturing in year 7 and have worked on a variety of projects in support of all the NA Johnson Controls metals plants since. Have become the subject matter manufacturing expert (SMME) for seating track systems within this department.

Plant Engineer for JV to Worthington Industries. Tier 1 BIW laser welded panels was primary output. Internally had large automated blanking press and post welding form cutting press operations in support of 8 automated laser welding cells. Direct reports included process and manufacturing engineers and maintenance department.Continued work with WII's internal equipment build team in support of new equipment and retrofits to existing. Technical Project Manager on 1st satellite operation started in Saltillo, Coah, MX. 2 year development cycle to identify initial lease property and ultimate final build site for permanent facility. Coordinated upgrades and installation of equipment in support of SOP in this region.
