Project required coordination worldwide and communication with 13 separate organizations. Designed and implemented scheduling system for infrastructure team to improve project completion time by 200%. Managed deployment and installation of 5 different data warehouse domains across 4 different DOD systems.  Managed up to 10 projects with total budgets of 5.3 million dollars. Lead interface with all local Air Force customers as related to AFNET Inc 1 and other new business opportunities. Manage projects and develop cost saving work flow solutions for the client.  Designed and programmed solutions for metrics and reporting for sites in and around South Texas utilizing MS Access and SQL. Developed and managed several databases for performance tracking for same.  Led business analysis and metrics design for several projects to include State of Texas Birth Certificate Imaging Project, storage of over 25 million documents in Austin, TX. Provided process improvements in first year totaling more than $100k. Second year savings of $150k to Kraft Foods (Client). Tracked all process improvements and procedures to ensure ISO 9000 compliance.
