Tai chi chuan, a slow motion internal martial art, evolved out of qi-gong 2300 years ago. Refined by masters ever since. Breath provides the impetus for movement. Thru the daily practice of tai chi chuan, the practitioner learns how to develop, maintain and direct chi - a healing life force which exists within all living beings. I practice and teach 'the short form' of a Yang style refined by Great Grand Master William C.C. Chen who studied under the personal tutelage of Cheng Man-ch'ing. Under the instruction of Sifu Rolly Brown (student of Willliam C.C. Chen), I studied tai chi chuan, push hands and boxing. I practice twice daily and welcome all potential students to begin this supreme ultimate practice of moving meditation.

Supported client in both classroom and home environments. Developed and implemented several treatment plans in order to facilitate client becoming a ninja at relaxation. Shared ways with parents and school teachers on how to better relate to client and vise versa.

Encouraged movement and exercise in the gymnasium by playing basketball, ping pong etc. Gave unconditional support and encouragement in order to empower the kids. Maintained good relationships based on respect and trust.
