Network Engineer - Customer Experience Escalations - work to diffuse customer escalations and resolve their issues in a more timely manner. Act as SME for fellow team members regarding circuit, voice, and data related issues and assist with troubleshooting issues with ILECs and field techs.Certifications and Training: Cisco Certified Networking Associate, A+, Net+, MCP certified. Experience troubleshooting routing and sub-netting issues, familiarity with Rip, OSPF, BGP.
