Responsibilities include establishing performance metrics and daily reports to meet daily customer requirements. Establish logistical procedures for activities, such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling damage claims and disposition of inbound product for customer returns and finished goods inventory. Select and managed preferred freight carriers used by the facility to ship full-load and LTL freight carriers along with airfreight carriers. Work with operation production managers to insure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Assist with the direction of salvaged, damaged or used material. Experienced with ISO documentation, inventory control and customer relations. Duties also included the interviewing and hiring of warehouse personnel. Managed 30+ employees which also consisted of department and individual personnel training, written work procedures, timesheets, audits, and delegated personnel to secure the utilization of department resources.

Responsible for receiving and inspecting customer orders of up to six different product types. Responsible for issuing customer credits upon receipt of exchange and restock orders. Perform training and supervision of several employees in the shipping and receiving department. Complete weekly audits of all material in department to ensure material turns properly throughout the RMA process. Identify, track, and work to resolve discrepancies concerning stock levels and customer orders. Work closely with the Repair Center to ensure emergency customer orders are shipped by the quickest means necessary. Assist in providing after hours on-call for the customer support center.
