As the Supply Chain Manager for the Walmart, PicknPay, and Boxer accounts at Procter & Gamble South Africa, I oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring product availability and efficiency. Additionally, I lead digitization and simplification initiatives within the team, driving optimization, cost-saving, and reduced operational complexities. My role involves demand forecasting, logistics optimization, and joint-value creation with retailers to meet business objectives and enhance supply chain performance.

As a Research & Development intern, I played a key role in both the design and development of an Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) system, ensuring it met all client specifications. Throughout the internship, I honed my skills in real-time application architecture, Python programming, and microcontroller-based coding, all while collaborating closely with senior engineers to tackle complex technical challenges. A major highlight of my work was leading the effort to conceptualize, prototype, and validate a cost-effective speed camera solution. Along the way, I enhanced my expertise in machine learning, software engineering, and project management—always striving to develop efficient and impactful solutions.
