Came into the project after delays threatened to bring about early termination and implementation of $1,230,000 per day penalties. By revising the schedule, re-sequencing activities, marshalling additional resources and personally overseeing daily progress in the field.

Represented general contractors and subcontractor in payment disputes and litigation related to construction defects.

Represented architects and engineers in professional liability disputes and in claims of personal injury, as well as contractors and subcontractors in transactions and litigation involving construction defects, payment disputes and property damage claims. Became LEED accredited in 2004.

Represented Cook County, Illinois, in Criminal Appeals, in Labor and Employment matters, and in Complex Litigation of Construction disputes.
