Working on board to lead our premium service with coaching of crew on service techniques, food and beverage knowledge/pairings and guest retention/opportunities. Also responsible for providing developmental feedback and inventory control. In addition I worked at the Etihad Training Academy as Etihad's Beverage Facilitator where I created an innovative and crucial training program that revolutionized how we trained crew on describing wines and paired them with food. This was demonstrated in the classroom and through practical tasting seminars. I'm also on the tasting panel for Etihad's wine selection.

Responsible for hotels food and beverage outlets - restaurants, bars and room service, including their profitability, annual budget, hiring, training and directional development. Created and implemented award winning wine list and signature cocktail lists. Responsible for all live entertainment including screening, hiring, price negotiation and scheduling. Worked one on one with vendors to achieve at or below budget price points on all beverages, promotional events to highlight new or lagging products and specialized training and development for staff.

Realigned all beverage price points and retrained staff on serving techniques to achieve an almost immediate 5% drop in beverage cost. Developed signature cocktails and an award winning wine list. Hosted wine dinners and special events.
