- Work directly with clients on Schematic Design of residential projects- Conduct site planning and compliance so that projects comply with local zoning, environmental, and safety regulations.- Lead the adoption and implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies throughout the plant.- Identify opportunities for waste reduction, process optimization, and efficiency improvement.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement, and problem-solving.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address bottlenecks, constraints, and inefficiencies- Lead and mentor a team of production managers, supervisors, engineers, and operators in Lean principles and practices.- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to empower employees to contribute to process improvements and problem-solving. - Ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements throughout the manufacturing process.- Implement robust quality control measures, error-proofing techniques, and preventive actions to minimize defects and rework.- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues to prevent recurrence.- Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and improve supplier performance.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and industry best practices.- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and operational benchmarks to track progress and identify areas for improvement.- Collaborate with senior management to align plant objectives with overall business goals and initiatives.- Overseeing coordination with structural and civil engineers.- Coordinating with factory production team to ensure smooth transition of architectural drawings into factory production set.
