As one of two admin support staff supporting the Quality Services group in Newcastle, my role was central to the overall administrative function of the group. As a team member, I worked closely with the business on operational, financial and general administrative support activities. I acted as a general ‘hub’ of information to support our engineers, clients and contractors whenever necessary.
