In asbestos litigation currently and in the past have represented equipment manufacturers, distributors, contractors, premises owners, manufacturers of industrial talc, manufacturers of products containing cosmetic talc, manufacturers of joint compound, manufacturers of fire brick, felt, gaskets and kiln-entry suits. In silica, respirable dust and benzene litigation have represented manufacturers of motor oil, grease, fuel and lubricants, manufacturers of welding rods and brazing rods, and manufacturers of construction and road-building equipment.Practice also involves defending employers in all aspects of workers' compensation claims and employment litigation, along with providing counsel on general employment issues, including representing Professional Employer Organizations and human resources outsourcing.
