I currently spearhead end-to-end elements of HR systems management and related projects, culture strategies, learning management solutions, and more. In this role, I also formed and led a center of excellence for this global company, defined roles and responsibilities, created and implemented processes, strategies, and technical methodologies, and established and supported a high-performing project-focused workplace culture. I am proud to have built an HRIS from scratch to oversee the adoption and implementation of SuccessFactors HCM system, among other recent solution. I am especially proud to lead mentor a cross-functional team of HRIS managers at multiple locations across the globe.

In this role, I collaborated across business units and directly with global and domestic business unit owners to define, integrate, create, execute, communicate, evaluate, and continually enhance new training operations strategy and learning experiences for global employees. I am proud to have created and executed global compliance and other trainings for delivery in eight languages while championing cost-effective digital solutions and other key work.

I was promoted to this role to oversee key e-learning website activities to support 7,800 monthly log-ins. In this capacity, I researched and located training opportunities, and aligned e-learning activities with broader company operations and priorities.

I initially joined the company to manage and resolve service inquiries across all business units and spanning call center, email, e-ticket tracking, and Tier 2 customer service functions. During this tenure, I led a migration from one LMS vendor to another, including facilitating all system content transferring, system assignments, records completion, and other key work.

During my tenure in these roles, I oversaw the daily operations of the store, lead a small team in providing high-quality customer service, facilitate group and individual training sessions, and recruited and onboarding new personnel. I also managed and controlled store assets and supported activities that yielded an average of $1.8M annual sales. Throughout my tenure, I analyzed training activities to identify learning opportunities and create outcome-focused learning strategy spanning product knowledge, store management best practices, customer service, and other key areas.
