- Design, plan, implement, upgrade and maintain systems and servers used for the administration and operation of College lab and employee computing environment, These systems can include virtual desktop and application solutions, asset management, software deployment and patch management systems for Windows and Macintosh devices, various print, application and licensing servers, vendor portals and similar technologies.- Purchase all required equipment, components and supplies to address installations, upgrades, repair, and service of all College desktop computing equipment, remaining within budgets agreed upon with the user or management.- Manage or lead technical portion of projects.

- Perform installation of hardware, software and related systems across all areas supported including Technical Services, Audio Visual, and Physical Security- Schedules and completes maintenance and repairs on all college computers, audio visual, physical security equipment, and related peripherals- Plan and implement technology solutions including installation and upgrades for new and existing lab, classroom and common area spaces- Coordinates with staff, faculty and third parties to host live events at the College, supporting all related equipment including full testing and rehearsal

- Coordinates the College's ITS Service Desk and operation of the ITS SWAT (Students Who Advance Technology) program including hiring, scheduling, orientation, training, mentoring and maintaining the daily operation of this program which provides first level support to college employees and students- Acts as a second level support to the ITS Service Desk working on complex issues, triaging and escalating to other ITS teams as required- Administers and maintains the ITS Service Desk ticketing tool, web site, and other software as required to support the operation of this group- Assists other ITS senior technologists in supporting central services by testing hardware configurations, desktop images, applications and their configurations and in testing rollout procedures and its processes and documentation
