Desktop Technology Specialist
Current- Design, plan, implement, upgrade and maintain systems and servers used for the administration and operation of College lab and employee computing environment, These systems can include virtual desktop and application solutions, asset management, software deployment and patch management systems for Windows and Macintosh devices, various print, application and licensing servers, vendor portals and similar technologies.- Purchase all required equipment, components and supplies to address installations, upgrades, repair, and service of all College desktop computing equipment, remaining within budgets agreed upon with the user or management.- Manage or lead technical portion of projects.
