I have supported 210 customers on site and 200 sales people remotely in a challenging, fast-paced environment. My position was to ensure that the tickets also had the proper severity and that the proper queues were notified. I also was in charge of the major incident process (outage communications. When there was an outage, we had a process written up that had the 800 number to contact and an email address to notify so that all parties were notified and I was the key person for the process.
