My years as a professional innkeeper have been rewarded by the myriad of wonderful experiences I have had in the course of my interactions with people of all cultures and backgrounds.Having served clients across the spectrum from dignitaries & celebrities to the average traveller, one cannot avoid recalling the golden anecdote that every client expects to be treated as an individual and that no two characters are alike. As such it has been my professional objective to see to it that all my customers (external and internal) enjoy a most rewarding ‘experience’ during their time with us, be it as a paying guest or as a colleague. I passionately believe that my job as an innkeeper is, as Conrad Hilton once put it, ‘to help put back a little of what life takes out’. I am of the firm conviction that our craft demands nothing less than a great passion & extremely discerning eye for detail in order to achieve and maintain the highest standards in our industry. With individual dedication, team camaraderie, mutual respect as well as a willingness to push the envelope and always thinking out of the box, that oftentimes challenging goal of achieving and maintaining service excellence as well as ensuring maximum ROI for our stakeholders is one step closer to being attained.
