Managed the Fort Sill Community Partnership Program with in excess of 25,000 members from 119 local businesses and 50 military units; work closely with military commanders and businesses, government and civilian leadership at federal, state, and local levels to ensure the smooth functioning of activities requiring interface with Fort Sill, and manage an annual budget of $25,000 dollars. Prepared policy that governs the program and developed plans, operations orders, and Military Operation Instructions for installation sponsored community events and developed budget to support the events. Managed expenditure funds to insure break even or profit was generated. Coordinated manpower to support setup, developed marketing campaign, prepared scope of works for contract support and briefed command on risk assessment and risk management procedures in place. More than 50,000 Soldiers, Families and Civilians served during the events throughout the year. Served as the lead for the implementation of the Toy's for Kids program which including securing a location to host the event, securing staff to help manage the program, and managing the inventory, served over 6,000 children during the life of the program. Provided support training, counseling and personal development and daily work load of 32 personnel of a Transportation Detachment, and the maintenance of equipment and facilities valued at $32 million dollars as well as the care and support for families of 160 deployed Soldiers and served as the principle family readiness group leader supporting 145 families, moved and reestablished the company's operations to new facilities and coordinated over $1 million dollars in renovation work for maintenance facilities, managed an annual budget of $200,000 Dollars and responsible for the acquisition and maintenance and care of 86 new vehicles and supporting equipment, responsible for the Detachments credit card program and compliance as well as the Hazardous Materials safety and storage, assigned as the units Master Driver and trained over 20 personnel as driver instructors and licensed over 100 soldiers, completely replaced all the Units Installation property and reestablished its supply program. Provided supervision over unit’s training requirement’s to enhance unit’s readiness. Prepared training guidelines, individual training records, operations orders, mobilization plans, SOP’s and readiness reports. Responsible for military training by devising and implementing training plans, guidelines and procedures, and reports and assessments for the unit and individuals assigned. Reviewing scheduling operations to identify and resolve or prevent scheduling conflicts for improved classroom and training area utilization.
