CurrentAssists and advises unit commanders or designee in preparing unit movement and mobilization deployment. Processes and maintains convoy clearances and special handling permits. Provides training to military personnel on unit movement procedures and operations. Operates a computer terminal in updating and maintaining various equipment databases. Wrote and created the digital training material for the Unit Movement Office. Placed training material on the Fort Sill public computer drive for units to download and educate their soldiers on truck, rail, and air load and container movement. Primary instructor for units on movement with all modes of transport. Monitored student progress in the course of instruction by ensuring compliance with established Data Integrity guidelines. Created and held the first rail load instructors course and evaluated the performance of the instructors. Guided and taught instructors and subject matter experts regarding workplace learning while taking on instructor duties themselves on occasion in various areas. Wide knowledge of principles and techniques of instruction. Responsible for the physical security of containerized materiel and Government property being shipped to other locations. Operates government equipment as needed for mission requirements. Supported nine deployments/ re-deployment operations consisting of 8 rail operations, 15 military aircraft missions, and 22 commercial air missions, and completed 150 installation support missions. Total Army Instructor qualified, Master Driver Trainer and Army Motor Vehicle Instructor qualified. Former Senior Driving Instructor 1st U.S. Support Battalion Sinai Egypt instructing soldiers and U.S. State Department personnel on operating civilian vehicles in some of the most dangerous terrain in the world. Logistics Readiness Center employee of the Quarter 2021. Recipient of three cash awards and a 40 hour time off award for exemplary performance.
