Provided supervision over unit’s training requirement’s to enhance unit’s readiness. Prepared training guidelines, individual training records, operations orders, mobilization plans, SOP’s and readiness reports. Responsible for military training by devising and implementing training plans, guidelines and procedures, and reports and assessments for the unit and individuals assigned. Reviewing scheduling operations to identify and resolve or prevent scheduling conflicts for improved classroom and training area utilization.
