I work for CSX as a Director of Service Measures. In this role I have the privilege of delivering governance practices, ensuring integrity, and providing data insights for our performance metrics.I previously served as a leader for a technology team responsible for operations research, data science, and ETL functions. I have also been responsible for a number of company wide measurements visible to internal and external customers. I have developed dashboards and queries to analyze data and turn it into actionable information. I have acted as the product owner of internal systems and SME on the business side. I work alongside Agile teams delivering new enhancements, modernization, and new products each day.I have managed a team of over 18 people involving railroad operations, automation, diverting rail car movements, and handling rail car error deliveries to other railroads. I have extensive data analysis knowledge, programming experience, and project management experience.
