• Supporting Head Quarter at Germany for New Product Development• Implement new automation machine with the objectives to increase productivity and quality, and hence reducing manpower input• Managing engineering issues during the planning and execution of projects, conversions and subsequently operations support for both internal and external clients• Supporting the commercial department in preparing the costing to bid for proposals• Responsible for budgeting and cost control within the Engineering Department.• Confirm and sign-off the cost of Business Operating Model for New Product Development• Implement mistake proof at production line

• Plan and Implement 5S concept in production line• Plan and Implement the improvement process to increase the productivity for production line• Monthly review and manage the cost of manufacturing • Conduct weekly meeting with Engineering and Quality Department to review and improve production high defective part • Conduct quarterly review and introduce improvement plan to address any processing gap, example: Mistake Proof, Productivity, etc• Weekly monitoring of the production output delivered to clients to prevent any backlog in deliverables• Monthly review of the financial report on production cost and expenses

• Responsible for manufacturing facilities, technical support and health, safety and environment issues• Co-ordinate with the internal team to review the maintenance activities on regular basis • Responsible to prepare analytical reports on machine efficiency and utilization rate• Responsible for purchasing the spare parts / assets for machines, and arrange for approval and delivery of the purchased items • Responsible to ensure all safety aspects are being taken care during and after repair of the machinery as well as safety requirements• Assist Manufacturing Manager in chairing the Technical Support Meeting and Operation Meeting• Check and ensure that any machine repair is being carried out properly and to follow up closely• Responsible to review the Pest Control and Pest Management Service Report• Conduct regular review on the machinery, identify and provide recommendation to store some of the critical machine parts as spare parts
