Forty years in professional opera, including large companies and small as conductor, composer, coach accompanist, and arts administrator. Composer of SPEED DATING TONIGHT! which has had over a hundred thirty productions since its 2013 premiere at Brevard. Composer of BUOSO'S GHOST, sequel to GIANNI SCHICCHI which has received many productions, including recent ones at Florida Grand Opera and Detroit Opera. In 2011, Opera Memphis and Playhouse on the Square premiered his MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM opera a cappella. A recording is now available on Albany Records. Recent projects include RSBE, Dinner 4 3, ARRANGEMENTS AND DERANGEMENTS OF SCHUBERT, and ALICE AND ANNA. His newest opera is NOTES ON VIARDOT for University of South Dakota.
