My tasks includes all aspects of HR to our Scandinavian, US and Polish offices. Recruitment and HR support to our sites in Greenland, Germany, Chile and Canada.

My tasks includes all aspects of Human Resources, e.g. recruitment, where I have a supporting role in some cases and project leader role in other cases. I support managers in warnings, redundancies, severance agreements, salary statistics and labor law in general, and I support the managers in our benefit program. Daimler AG has a comprehensive integrity code and compliance code, where I support the communication of these to all of our colleagues in Mercedes-Benz CPH, and make sure that our personnel policies always are updated or develop new personnel policies in relation to the integrity code and compliance code. I am project leader for some HR projects e.g. job descriptions for every single employee, and training plans also for every single employee, to make sure that our talents will have the optimal training, coaching etc. In addition I am responsible for all training activities e.g. ensure compliance with training budget and administration of all the courses in general.I have extensive experience as a facilitator, where I among other things, are responsible for communicating the organizational structure in details of Mercedes-Benz CPH and Daimler AG in general for new employees.

My main tasks where primarily staff, management and organizational development, personnel policies, training strategy, administration of development and training activities, talent spotting and talent training and talent evaluation.
