- QC Bahasa Indonesia subtitles for Netflix, Disney+ & various TV programs- Work with recruiting & project manager for sourcing and onboarding new Indonesian translators, including testing, review and feedback in language- Periodic review of translations and final product upon completion- Give feedback to translators to improve the quality of translations

- Communicate & collaborate proactively with national & international clients, solve the problems, gain the trust. Impact: increase volume of work materials by the year- Develop relationships with translators, deploy effective methods to attract top translator or proofreader talent to the program- Abide by security policies and protect information assets, and work with translators to keep high security standards- Supervise content, including all cross-asset checks, escalation, subjective decision-making, scheduling

- Ensure the quality of translations, dubbing scripts, & subtitles meet the broadcast standard (EN-ID)- Working with recruitment team to sourcing and onboarding new Indonesian translators, including testing, review and feedback in language- Periodic review of translations and final product upon completion- Give feedback to translators to improve the quality of translations

- Translate dubbing scripts for local and paid TV Station- Subtitle creation for cinema, various TV Station
