- “Listen” to the trends of the Orthodontic especially clear aligners market to define marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall strategies and objectives.- Develop and present the annual marketing plan and strategy with a specific focus on driving Kiyoclear's brand growth.- Establish marketing goals and objectives for each department within the Marketing Division, including Marketing Communications, Brand and Design, and Growth Marketing.- Understand and manage the budget for all marketing activities.- Determine key performance indicators (KPIs) for the marketing department to track progress and measure success.- Build an activation or program loyalty for our clinic partner.- Collaborations with influencer, media company or other dental distributor outside aligners to promote our brand.

- Create and implement comprehensive proposals for clients, providing detailed information that includes research, strategies, and activities in the field of digital advertising.- Be responsible for conducting all projects using tested marketing, advertising, and communication strategies.- Build good relationships with clients, vendors, media companies, and PR agencies.

- Liaise with clients to ascertain their precise event requirements and produce detailed event proposals.- Manage the budget and key performance indicators (KPIs).- Handle and coordinate teams, suppliers, and client queries, and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure smooth operations.- Form a team to assist in behind-the-scenes operations, ensuring that no hitches or equipment/prop malfunctions occur before, during, and after the event.

- Take responsibility for collaborating with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients, as well as developing relationships with existing clients.- Ensure the satisfaction of clients and deliver exceptional client service on a daily basis.- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.- Guarantee the successful delivery of our solutions, tailored to meet the specific needs and objectives of our clients.

- Working with department heads or staff, clients, or ad agency to establish and meet project goals, budgets, and timelines.- Negotiating contract specifications and terms with clients or other external parties.- Monitoring project progress, from planning to execution, to ensure it remains focused and effective.- Collaborate with accounting managers, sales representatives and visual design staff to create advertisements that are simultaneously compelling, true to brand, effective and economical.- Plan promotional campaigns such as events, gatherings or giveaways.

- Sourcing new clients and negotiating contracts with them.- Discussing ideas and advertising strategies with clients and assisting them in developing advertising campaigns.- Managing the budgets clients allocate toward the advertising campaigns.

- Record daily transactions (journals) in the company's financial system.- Perform the necessary steps to close the recording of the company's monthly financial transactions.- Ensure completion of documentation and data required for the financial statement auditing process.
