I manage a staff of almost 200 Engineers, Programmers, Analysts, and Technicians in support of multiple SSA programs. These programs contain VOIP, CC, UC, Datacenter and Private Cloud applications.

Manage the SSA VoIP TSRP project (the largest VoIP network in the world). Responsible for over 1500 offices (CONUS and OCONUS), and 80,000 users. Primary responsibilities include ensuring 99.999% up time, catastrophy recovery, and staff supervision.

LKT is a technology services company that specializes in infrastructure projects, desktop services and network convergence requirements. The concept of the traditional Lightkeeper is the basis for our business model as the role of the Lightkeeper was helping those in need of berrings in unfimiliar terrain. Our typical clients are those that want reliable network services, but cannot provide those services inhouse. To date, our client base has included Andrews Airforce Base, VT Engineering, Colossal Contracting, Commfed Solutions and Hinkels & McCoy.

Primarily function as Program Manager on large contracts (DoT, DoS, GSA) as well as the company's Executive point of contact on all projects. Write, develop and compile proposals (RFP, RFQ, IFB and ITBs) in the Federal, State & Local and commercial sectors. Bid and won contracts in said sectors. Function as in-house network administrator for the company. Administer Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2003 with Active Directory and Exchange Server. Administer hosted Cisco VoIP phone system through web based ICORE application. Interact with all customers to ensure quality of service - "Done on time and on budget". Completed all required industry certifications for FSO. Maintain company security files and represent company to Defense Security Service (DSS) in all contractor-to-government interaction.

Oversee all aspects of Operations division. Manage three units; Telecommunications, Data-communications and Cabling. Responsibilities include project management, pre-sales engineering, information flow, staff deployment and maintenance of company certifications within engineering staff. Most involved aspect of this position was in the pre-sales engineering/architecture role. The typical client was an entity that wanted to make the transition to an integrated network. My involvement in that process started with the network assessment, continued through design and concluded with implementation. I traveled to Canada and Massachusetts for two months of specialized training in VoIP architecture and design (Layers 1-3, Ethernet, ATM, 802.11, PPP, frame-relay, HDLC) through 3Com and Mitel. Most tasks involved my being hands on to ensure quality workmanship, and to monitor engineers and technicians. Company specializes in 3Com NBX (VoIP), Mitel ICP (VoIP) and Avaya IP phone systems.
