Over 30 years experience in executive procurement (primarily Powertrain related) positions with GM, Ford and Chrysler/DaimlerChrysler. Position at retirement (mid 2004) was VP Purchasing for New Venture Gear (NVG), originally a 64/36 joint venture between GM and Chrysler, respectively, in the business of producing transfer cases for sport utility vehicles including Jeep, GMC, Chevrolet, Ford, Land Rover and Porsche. NVG was sold in late 2004 to Magna Corporation and continues to operate as part of its Drivetrain unit. Since my retirement in 2004, I have worked as an independent Sales Representative serving various automotive suppliers on a Sales Agreement with retainer basis. In mid-2008 I formed Rackris LLC to expand into automotive consulting and mediation services. I joined Jack Christensen Realtors, JCI - TROY, Inc. on February 1, 2012 after completing Real Estate training at Middleton Real Estate School and acquiring a license to sell Real Estate in Michigan late in 2012.Specialties: Personal connections with executives from a broad spectrum of automotive suppliers specializing in tooling and equipment, construction, powertrain, stamping, plastics, rubber, textiles and electronics.
