Responsible for managing and driving the successful delivery of remodeling Wal-Marts all over the country. Ensuring that they are completed on time, on budget and in line with a client's desired outcomes. Guide a team of 10-30 employees, while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders through all stages of the project management lifecycle. Continually monitor and assess project risks and develop mitigating strategies to ensure safety and budget compliance. Duties included, but not limited to daily, morning safety meetings, corporate conferences calls, budget negotiations, plans negotiations, and managing logistics.

Run crews from 10 to 40 employees managing all operations, remodeling, and relocating stores all over the country. Have morning safety meetings, corporate conferences call on progress, budget negotiations and plans negotiations.

Working with Corporate offices with 10-50 people remodeling and updating Home Depot’s all over the Eastern US. Hold daily safety meetings, vendor meetings and construction meetings. Going over construction plans and budgets, while managing all operations and logistics behind the project.
