• Monitoring CRM for Level 1, 2 and 3 Support Calls from Stores.• Bunnings Store setup’s from ordering equipment to being onsite installing equipment• Refreshment of I.T equipment at stores.• Server Support and Serer setups. Example of Operating systems used – Server 2003, Server 2008, Novell Netware 6.0/6.5, Linux Red hat, and VMware ESXi 4.x.• Network support – for example Cisco switch config setup, troubleshooting physical network issues at stores.• On Call Support on a rotating roster - once per month.Normally 5pm-8pm for any issues closing stores and during the weekend• Special I.T Projects – e.g. Paypass Eftpos rollout, Implementation of Landesk management suite, Implementation of McAfee EPO.• Maintaining SOE Build – e.g. support for new hardware, new releases of standard software like Adobe Reader, etc.
