Responsible for all building maintenance, renovations, and grounds for a 3 story, 150,000 square foot facility. I am also in responsible for security and housekeeping. People moves and department projects that involve the facilities.

Maintain a complete campus k-12, all buildings, grounds, equipment, transportation, bus schedules and routing. Prepare all quotes for repair and replacement. Supervise custodial staff, maintenance staff, bus drivers.

• Manages 20 to 35 plastic injection molding tool build activities annually with an operating budget in excess of $1 million.• Monitors and supports external suppliers’ molding tool design, build, and debug; costand delivery; and documentation assuring tool certification.• Prepares request for quote packages for new production molding tools consisting of design specifications, cost estimates, project timing, and approval requirements.

• Managed several plastic molding press operators in one of the largest world class facilities.• Address all process issues with start ups and during production runs.• Prepared tool changeovers in sequence with production control.• Responsible for covering absences via equalization logs.• Managed several production inspectors to assure absolute quality.

• Managed several skilled tradesmen in the construction and maintenance of one of the worlds’ largest molding facility. • Carried out hundreds of independent job packages during the building of the Vienna, Ohio molding facility and other revisions to several areas at Delphi including high voltage maintenance, salvage water maintenance, waste water maintenance, and HVAC maintenance of a 2.5 million sq. ft facility.• Managed Preventive/Predictive Maintenance program. • Responsible for managing a power house for a 2.5 million square foot facility able to supply 13,000 scfm of compressed air, 60,000 lbs of high pressure steam per hour, 100,000 lbs of low pressure steam per hour.
