I also drove new business through presentations and face to face meetingswith Real Estate professionals in order convince them to allow HouSolutions to handle theirshort sale transactions. I regularly negotiated to reduce the liability for deficiency balances,promissory notes, and complete in many cases was able to achieve total forgiveness ofoutstanding balances on mortgages.

At Matt Martin Real Estate I was responsible for short sale negotiations. I was on a team of 12-15 people who were responsible for the operation and production goals of the short saledepartment at Matt Martin Real Estate Management. I was responsible for the packaging,transmission, follow up, and approval for all short sales under my supervision. I was the onlypoint of contact between the lenders and the asset managers and I was responsible for 80-90files nationwide.
