◾️I am a 3rd year student studying Human Resource Management in NCI. I have obtained a Higher Certificate in Business studies and have graduated into 3rd year of BA (Hons) HRM. My studies will improve my knowledge on recruitment, employment law, and employee relations. I acquired a 1.1 average in my 1st year exams along with semester 2 of my 2nd year for my Higher Certificate and am a 2:1 student in HRM.◼️In my 1st year I was placed on the Dean's Honor List due to my academic performance and receiving a 1.1 average throughout the year. In my second year, the NCI GAA Team won Team of the year, which I was involved in as we reached the semi finals of our championship.◼️In regards to work, I was previously a sales assistant at Applegreen. I helped customers pay for fuel and other products in the store, pack out products onto the floor and made sure the store was looking in good condition, assisting customers needs in regards to the use of our services such as the car wash, fuel pumps and the air machines. I have also recently completed a year long HR Internship with EirGrid as part of my studies.◼️I am a reliable, determined and hardworking person, with proficient customer service experience, not to mention my significant will to learn new skills and to put those skills into practice. I greatly enjoy meeting and communicating with others even if I have met them for the first time.
