Challenged by accepting an under-developed and under-indexed sales territory in March of 2000, working the South Central Pennsylvania market. This market sector consisted of various types of industrial and institutional companies. Solely responsible for growth and productivity of entire area. While maintaining and servicing existing accounts, also responsible for generating new accounts to drive territory growth and outpace competitors. In May of 2001, willingly accepted additional responsibility as a trainer to aid in professional development of new and current sales representatives in other territories, while still being responsible for growth and productivity of my territory.

Advanced from a trainee to a branch manager in a highly aggressive and competitive company that is leader in its industry - all within a one-year period. Responsible for overall branch performance and profitability. Developed marketing and business strategies that resulted in the dramatic turnaround of the performance of several branches.
