In my role I lead the team that is responsible for our consumer and small business segments around the globe. Our goal is to bring the latest technology to our customers through our integrated ecosystem of ecommerce platforms, direct sales initiatives, and unrivalled channel and retail partners.Our customers know Dell as a provider of quality and reliability, and what I’ve been sharing lately is our parallel focus on innovation. Over the past decade we’ve poured attention and resources into developing cutting-edge technology that people can use in their daily lives, whether that’s working from home, running a small business, or enjoying a game at the end of the day.My role allows to combine my two passions: products and making sure our customers are delighted. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in positions where I’ve been able to see how technology can play an important role in people’s lives. And I’m focused on continuing to help people accomplish their goals through our technology.Being a native of South Africa coupled with a long career in global leadership given me a unique perspective on developing highly effective, diverse teams fueled by inclusion and collaboration. I’m focused on social justice and equality and I currently serve as Executive Sponsor for Dell’s NA MOSAIC Employee Resource Group which is a team dedicated to enhancing the culturally intelligent workforce. And I was a key member of the team developing Dell’s Solar Powered Labs – an initiative using technology and education to help underprivileged youth in Kenya, Morocco and South Africa.
