With more than 19 years of experience in the insurance industry, I have a deep understanding of the financial and regulatory challenges and opportunities that affect its performance and growth.As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), I have a strong foundation in accounting principles, standards, and practices, which I applied to ensure the financial integrity, efficiency, and sustainability of Home State. I have also developed and honed my skills in financial accounting, cash flow, and accounting software through my previous roles as a Controller and a Senior Auditor at Home State and JRBT, respectively. I am passionate about delivering accurate, timely, and relevant financial information and analysis to support strategic decision-making and planning.
