As a Customer Accounts Lead Instructor at Shield AI, I am part of a diverse and talented team that shares the same vision and values of improving the world with AI.In this role, I leverage my military experience and manned aviation experience to train and support customers on how to use the company's autonomous systems. I have successfully delivered flight simulation and instruction sessions to multiple domestic and international customers, ensuring their satisfaction and safety. I also manage and maintain a robust team of experienced flight instructors who hold skill sets in various autonomous systems and equipment, including radio frequency devices, that are essential for the company's operations. Before joining Shield AI in 2022, I served for seven years as an IT Technician in the US Navy, where I served as a Combat Radio Transmission Operator(NSWDG), gained skills in Information systems management, RF management and applications, and obtained a PPL. I have a passion for learning, instructing and I enjoy the challenges and opportunities that come with working in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
