*Lead change management in the delivery of WSIB’s New Service Delivery Model*Conduct case management reviews to determine the appropriateness of decisions, compliance with legislation and policy and the quality of outcomes. *Provide advice to Staff with respect to WSIB policies/practices & the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, regarding employer obligations to the WSIB, employer penalties, premiums, classification, clearance certificates and incentive programs as well as explain these to employers / employer representatives

• Responsible for classification of employer business activities: • Inspecting employer premises, interviewing employers and workers; reviewing competitor files, contracts, job descriptions and claim history and determining employers’ correct classification in accordance with WSIB policy.• Examining employers' payroll reporting to ensure insurable earnings have been appropriately reported and reconciled by analyzing employer financial records (statements, journals, ledgers, contracts, cancelled cheques, etc)• Verifying deductions under "ineligible earnings" for out of province earnings including verifying amounts paid to other provinces; verifying ineligible earnings for non-insurable benefits, such as severance pay and maternity top up benefits; ensuring that payroll segregation is maintained and based on actual labour costs
