Board of Director’s focus was targeted on advocacy efforts on Federal governmental policy and legislative formulation in DC. • Management of an office of 25 staff, involved the oversight of multiple projects from Diabetes special projects, emergency preparedness coordination and directing a data collection (epi) center.

• Managed an operating budget of $5m, involving a staff of 60.• Managed governmental supported services to local community. • Daily management involved coordinating programs including, outpatient medical center; social (counseling) services, elder services, a childrens early learning center (head start), housing retinal and ownership program, high school and higher education program and youth and recreation programs.

• Managed operating budget of $2M.• Managed a comprehensive health program providing; medical, dental, nutrition, outreach services. • Answered to service population of 3000 plus. • Management involved working with line supervisors on project planning, budget controls, billing, accreditation and task follow through.
