It Director - University Operations
As IT Director I have end-to-end accountability for the University IT Operations and associated service levels, my teams own and support critical whole of university platforms, tools and applications such as PeopleSoft (Finance and HR), Microsoft 365 (Collaboration suite) and AI/Robotic Process Automation (UI Path). We enable 55,000 students and 5,000 staff. Since joining the University, I have been focused on embedding new ways of working to drive a more contemporary culture aligned with Agile practices and greater customer engagement. In this time, I have re-built strategic relationships and trust in Digital with the C level executives including COO, CFO, CPO, CHRO and Exec Dir (Legal, Risk and Governance).
