I worked with Wendy's for the last 7 years. In this time I have worked from the bottom up, starting as a crew member back in August 2012. During this time I have seen how the management role in the store directly impacts the store and the success it will have. I started this role on April 2013, when I was first promoted to a shift supervisor. In this role I was tasked with ensuring proper training, quality control and use of our cleanliness systems to ensure we meet company and guest standards. I was also responsible in assisting the general manager with pricing, product ordering, uniform ordering, and inventory counts.I was promoted to General Manager in November of 2016 and took over my very first store in Orland Parl. There I taken what I had learned to pass it back down to my management team as well as took of over the key responsibilities of learning P&L and how to control our stores total Gross Profit. Training our managers and crew using our core systems for quality and cleanliness ensured that we meet our budgeted goals and exceed them .Since my first position as a general manager I have worked at two stores. I was moved to the Tinley Park , Illinois location after receiving a QSC audit at my store, I recieved a "A" and was considered an A level operation. There I was expected to do the same thing and make the store profitable. I worked at this location for almost 2 years again receiving "A" level scores both years.
