Responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing new acquisitions (both wholly owned and joint venture partnership investments) and managing the disposition process for held assets across all property types spanning the investment risk/return spectrum from core to opportunistic focusing on a geographic territory of the Carolinas, Nashville, the Mid-Atlantic (Northern VA/DC to Philadelphia), and the Northeast (NJ/NY to Boston). Also responsible for leading capital markets/financing initiatives across the real estate platform for new acquisitions, existing assets, and fund level financings.
