My job at Comcast allows me to work on a variety of projects. My main focus is growing my team and their skills but I also work to streamline processes, building productive relationships with our vendors all while decreasing costs. I believe the key to having a successful team starts with creating an open culture where the employee is put first. When your employees are happy and challenged, without being overwhelmed, then they produce the best possible product and work at their most efficient level. I strive to be the best version of myself that I can be and love helping others achieve the same result. I live by the mantra that “I would rather be busy than bored” and pride myself on my work ethic. In my spare time, I love to go hiking and golfing although I admittedly do not get out nearly as often as I like.
