Organized and directed the monthly Aviation Maintenance Management Teams (AMMT) inspection teams. Teams were responsible for inspection of seven active-duty squadrons operating through the combined efforts of numerous military technicians and civilian contractors in support of multiple weapon platforms.Representing the Commanding Officer as the Quality Assurance Chief Petty Officer (QACPO) supervisor led for Quality Assurance divisions.◦ Fighter Composite Squadron Twelve (F/A-18 aircraft) and Helicopter Special Support Squadron Four (HH-60H helicopter).◦ Trained, qualified, and interviewed over 30 Quality Assurance Representatives (QAR) in seven required QA managed programs achieving their Full System QAR qualifications within 4 months of reporting to each QA division.• Provided monthly reports to executive level management regarding use and efficiencies of quality processes within the command.◦ Reports consisted of information systems data correlated with actual audit inspection results outlining deficiencies and a corrective action plan.• Utilizing attribute or variable inspection processes in response to locally discovered discrepancies such as improper supply issued hardware. The required report issued in Joint Deficiency Reporting System (JDRS) contained results of samples located in supply system enabling engineers' additional information.• Continually managed and monitored the life cycle and logistics of equipment, assets, and sub-system components of foreign military airframe for conversion to a tactical U.S. Navy platform.• Collaterally assigned to the aviation squadron-training division, responsible for active and reserve personnel for Helicopter Special Support Squadron Four. Developed and implemented an effective training program encompassing technical data packages such as Technical Directives (TD) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
