· Responsible for training and advising new apprentices on York/Johnson equipment· Develop PowerPoint presentations for team skills / knowledge in new applications· Field training of equipment involving electrical troubleshooting, refrigeration cycle, and regular maintenance for new mechanics · Factory certified representative for start-up and commissioning including air balancing· Advise in scheduling of mechanics for specific sites to improve efficiency· Branch captain for connective services which includes reviewing reported data· Support management in project completion· Lead mechanic for specialty sites

· HVAC Commercial Mechanic· Air-cooled equipment, including rooftop, chillers, large-split systems, etc.· Integration of BMS with York/JCI equipment · Install/Commission of York/JCI remote operating service· Assist management with quoting of future projects· Maintenance of boiler equipment including tuning and repairs

· Responsible for NEXTEL/GAP/BANANA REPUBLIC/CVS accounts· Light refrigeration & rooftop units

· Residential and commercial service apprentice· Service and maintain equipment

· Assist lead mechanics in repairs and maintenance of equipment· Assist running service division including, entering hours; comments; and milage· Answer service calls and dispatch mechanics efficiently· Verify and order materials for active projects· Verify required materials where loaded for lead mechanics in preparation for next day projects
