Acting as Board Appointed Treasurer and Operations Manager, I am responsible for the oversight, allocation and revenue stream associated with a 3.2M investment portfolio along with an operating budget of 2.5M. This role has provided me with further experience in state mandated financial reporting (IWAS), levy preparation, budget projections and vendor relations. Additionally, human resource tasks are completed by myself, which include on-boarding, benefit and deduction analysis, health insurance negotiations and EIS portal management for 35 team members. I am also responsible for National School Lunch Program reporting, qualification, notifications and claim submittals.

Oversight of all issues related to building, personnel management, boiler maintenance, plumbing maintenance, electrical repairs, operation and maintenance of split A/C units, operation and maintenance of DX cooling units, usage of energy management software, fire panel and telephone network maintenance, exterior maintenance, Facility long range planning, capital development, budgeting and life safety.

Job duties include personnel management, contract relations, billing/ estimating, budgeting, customer relations, equipment procurement, equipment maintenance, equipment operation, daily lawn maintenance operations, pesticide applications, consumer education, tree and shrub pruning, landscape design and installation

Installation of new plumbing and fixtures, blueprint reading, design of sanitary plumbing systems, troubleshooting of existing systems, correction of existing plumbing problems, material estimating and procurement, installation of boiler systems.

Oversight of all building issues, personnel management, boiler & HVAC maintenance and repair, plumbing maintenance, electrical repair and upgrades, operation of DDC heating and cooling controls, fire panel operations.
