Onboarded team members to DBT core. ● Worked on the data pipeline responsible for submitting radiologist’s insurance claims by ensuring stored procedures properly validated and cleaned patient and insurance information before submitting the claim. ● Refactored pipeline to transform individual hospital models into a single generic model, standardizing downstream code.● Modified DBT pipeline to integrate streaming Kafka data with the legacy batch-based data, by merging and deduping streaming data with legacy data. Used existing stored procedures in DBT to clean and validate data.

● Managed the delivery of the Pacific Northwest Region of the U.S. Siebel Sailors Program Grant, a $3M community sailing grant with the mission to increase diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in youth sailing● Oversaw the execution of PNW grant recipients resulting in 22 trained instructors and 166 new sailors, or 200% and 166% achievement of the respective targets at 19 community sailing centers● Designed national program curriculum targeted at diverse and novice participants often with low water comfort and cultural distrust of the sport● Standardized and simplified national data collection process by aligning the national census for measuring DEI and long-term participant retention● Provided systematic support to empower community sailing centers to run independent programing while ensuring compliance with grant requirements and guidelines● Implemented participant retention plans in all PNW centers resulting in 50% improvement year over year● Created participant pipeline by partnering with local public housing development and other local non-profits ● Represented US Sailing, the sport’s national governing authority, by building and maintaining relationships with community leaders
