Process Improvement Engineer
CurrentKey member of a process team which is responsible for the development of policies, processes and performance management. Works across the CIO-T Directorate to facilitate a collaborative approach to policy development. Develops Directorate policies; establishes/maintains the policy business model for the Directorate; participates on a team to develop documents, repeatable processes; reviews key policies to assess Directorate-wide impact; develops a portfolio/compendium of all relevant policies (identifying and documenting multiple data points for each policy); develops/manages/maintains extensive spreadsheets on policy content; develops MS Access database to enable discovery and responsiveness to Senior Leadership requirements; and, interfaces with all Group/Offices to ensure a collaborative approach to the policy business model. Manages daily and routine policy matters including the CIO-T Directorate review of all DoD and IC information technology relevant issuances. Ensures compliance for all IG, FISMA and FISCAM notices of findings and recommendations, as well as, ensures that appropriate policies are in place for a successful audit.
