Mike served his clients for over 40 years as a Retirement Benefit Consultant as a Principal in The Todd Organization. He Retired in 2018 At the age of 70. His work is dedicated to helping children and their families with disabilities. He serves on the Chairman of the Board of the Special Education Foundation. SEF provides equipment , services, and resources to the children and families served by the Special School District of St Louis County that are not provided by taxpayers. He is leading SEF’s efforts to develop an Autism Hiring Program that provides an educational pathway to individuals on the Autism Spectrum who are capable of performing successfully in information technology jobs to receive the degrees and certifications required and to receive adaptive behavior support they require to enable them to succeed and to promote to employers to hire these neurodiverse individuals. He also coaches a basketball team of adults with disabilities with St Louis Arc.
