As a Clinical Specialist for PROCEPT BioRobotics, I provide technical and clinical support for the AquaBeam Robotic System, the first FDA-approved, automated surgical robot for the treatment of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) due to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). In my day-to-day role I provide surgeon and staff training, in-service support, and clinical assistance for existing and potential customers, as well as field support in the OR, including system installations, repairs, and troubleshooting. While providing clinical expertise to doctors and OR staff, I also coordinate case schedules and help facilitate business, sales, and marketing meetings. I act as a liaison between our Marketing and R&D Teams and existing accounts to report, remedy, and improve issues encountered in the field, adhering to the PROCEPT QMS and FDA requirements.
